The Children's Annex serves children between the ages of 2 and 15 with disability, or classified as emotionally disturbed, autistic, multiple disabled or traumatic brain injured. Many students also have learning disabilities and communication needs. There is a wide range of intellectual ability and severity of need.
The Center for the Study of Autism (CSA) is located in the United States. It provides useful information about autism to parents and professionals, and conducts research on the efficacy of various therapeutic interventions. (Some articles are available in Chinese)

SPED (Singapore)
SPECIAL EDUCATION encompasses a range of specialized teaching programs in special education (SPED) schools which cater to children with autism, or intellectual, sensory, physical or multiple disabilities. SPED schools are operated by Voluntary Welfare Organizations (VWOs), with the support of the Ministry of Education and the National Council of Social Service.
